The repatriation service includes:
Personal consultation with the family/company by an experienced Company Representative
Securing of all documentation and attestations required locally (this includes the police, Embassy, Municipality, legal translators, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and if applicable the Ministry of Justice)
Oversee the embalming process and transportation requirements
En-coffining with a choice of locally manufactured repatriation coffins and European styled coffins
Air-cargo, including the clearances at destination with transportation to the desired final location
The complete process takes three to four working days, on average, and we ensure that the client is well informed throughout the process with daily email updates and a dedicated WhatsApp group for any information that might be urgently required.
We also ensure that all documentation is securely stored as both hard and soft copies for possible future requirements.
